Platform Identity & Brokerage Model

This digital platform, operating under the trade name VOYAGER PRIVATE (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Company"), is operated by Voyager Private Technologies S.L., a limited liability company duly incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, having its registered corporate seat in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain (NIF: B-67890123).

Intermediary Brokerage Status: Voyager Private operates strictly as an advanced technology intermediary platform connecting discerning VIP clientele with fully licensed, commercially insured, and sovereignly vetted third-party VTC (Vehículos de Transporte con Conductor) operators and certified private heritage guides. Unless explicitly designated otherwise in writing, the actual contract for physical carriage is concluded directly between the Passenger and the authorized independent Chauffeur Carrier.

Independent Carrier Charter & Labor Autonomy: All Chauffeur Carriers affiliated with the Platform operate as autonomous transport entrepreneurs or licensed commercial fleet enterprises under administrative VTC authorizations. They maintain absolute sovereignty over their operating hours, accept or decline dispatches at will, and provide their own compliant luxury motor vehicles. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment relationship, joint venture, or agency partnership between the Platform and any carrier, in strict accordance with the Spanish Workers' Statute (Estatuto de los Trabajadores), Royal Decree-Law 9/2021, and the EU Platform Work Directive.

02

Regulatory Framework & Pre-Contracting Mandate

All ground transport services brokered via the Platform strictly adhere to Spanish Land Transport Legislation (Ley 16/1987 de Ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres - LOTT), the ROTT (Royal Decree 1211/1990), Royal Decree 1076/2017 regarding the National VTC Electronic Communications Registry, and Catalan Regional Decree Law 4/2019 (Decret Llei 4/2019 de la Generalitat de Catalunya).

Mandatory 15-Minute Advance Pre-Booking

In accordance with Catalan regional regulations, street-hailing or immediate uncontracted curb solicitation is strictly prohibited. Every mission must be digitally contracted at least 15 minutes prior to passenger boarding, accompanied by an electronic journey sheet (hoja de ruta digital).

National Digital Registry Transmission

Pickup coordinates, passenger destination, chauffeur tax ID, and vehicle registration plates are cryptographically transmitted to the official Spanish Ministry of Transport VTC registry prior to vehicle dispatch.

03

Pricing, Escrow Settlements & Tolls

All prices quoted across the Platform are in Euros (€, EUR) and include applicable statutory Value Added Tax (10% VAT for passenger transport; 21% VAT for auxiliary concierge, guide, or security services).

  • Fixed Route Guarantee: Quoted mission fares for standard airport transfers, regional corridor expeditions, and day charters are fixed upon confirmation, barring passenger-requested deviations or excessive wait times.
  • Tolls & Parking Fees: Motorway tolls (e.g., C-32, AP-7) and airport VIP parking charges incurred during the execution of the requested mission are itemized and charged automatically.
  • 3D-Secure 2 Escrow Holding: Upon booking, client funds are securely pre-authorized in escrow via CaixaBank / Stripe PSD2-compliant payment gateways. Escrow release to the carrier occurs strictly upon verified mission completion via the Telematics Handshake PIN.
